    Excellent Service

    Ther car we purchased from Castle Motors was exactly as advertised and the sales service was excelelnt. We "purchased" the car with a deposit but were unable to complete the purchase due to funds not arriving when we expected them to. They were most understanding and held the car for us until the funds were available.

    The customer service at Castle Motors was fantastic. We are so happy with my husband's new car. I am extremely nervous when it comes to buying cars and do not trust car sales people easily. I felt completely comfortable purchasing from Castle Motors, we didn't get a hard sale, I felt confident in the information we were given and never felt pressured to finalise the purchase. We don't live local to the garage and had found the car we purchased through a web search. Richard was very accommodating with the timings of our appointments (a requirement during Covid!) Purchasing our new car through Castle Motors has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have already recommended them to my sister in law and a family friend. We will be visiting Castle Motors again when I need to change my car.

    I am so impressed by Castle Motors and would 100% use them again and have recommended them to my friends and family. Their customer service is fantastic. They were very personable and the whole process was quick and enjoyable - even during covid! I had been to a few garages before I came across Castle and the experience was so different - Castle Motors actually seem to enjoy what they do and make you feel valued as a customer. I really appreciated this after my other experiences. The paperwork was all done extremely quickly and I got to drive my new car home that day. However, when I got home I noticed a few stone chips on the bonnet which I hadn't noticed before. My heart sank as I knew I should have checked it more carefully but the garage were amazing and they apologised for not noticing them and had the bonnet resprayed free of charge. I don't think many garages would have done this. I will go out of my way in future to look them up when I next need to buy a car.

    Great service

    Richard couldnt have been more helpful with the whole process and absoloutely delighted with the car - we got to drive it away there and then, even open on Sunday so I could come back the next day for another look. Had an issue with a missing parcel shelf which was resolved quickly and efficiently and dropped round to my house so we didnt have to travel back. Highly recommend!
